Does anyone think it’s possible that >!Sam!< killed >!Theo?!< there was that random scene in the episode where the body was found of him sat on the floor crying, and then in today’s episode he had a fight with a hallucination.
Irregular hours worker - 8 hour weekly contract.
Hi, this pay period I took 2 weeks (16 hours) holiday and received 2 weeks holiday pay (all fine) and then also paid £144.83 in additional holiday pay. Last month I took 1 week holiday (8 hours) and received £121 additional holiday pay. How has the rate of AHP dropped so low in one month? A few months ago I took two weeks holiday and received £240 AHP. I know that they work it out on 12.07% of your average earnings from the last 12 months, but my payslips over that period are all relatively similar. If anyone could help it would be great I could just be being naive as I don’t fully understand how AHP works. 😅
