For the past 3 years (1,5 years full time) I have been working on a solution to redefine recruiting and career development.

Solution is an app for university students to get curated job posts, relevant to their field and expertise, as well as recruiters getting instant shortlist without the hassle of having to go through same level of screening of candidates.

Generally I’ve gotten very good feedback on my solution all around, and is currently at the state of shipping a pilot version soon, for actual user testing.

I’m looking for potential co-founders with expertise in HR/TA/recruiting, as well as someone technical who can build the product properly (so far I have vibe coded the current pilot).

I’m from Denmark, and would prefer someone from Scandinavia.

I’ve worked in SaaS startups/scaleups most of my career, mainly in Customer succes, but with lots of projects across sales, product, engineering, marketing. Attended multiple incubator programs and have a general good understanding of building a business, as well as customer relations.

Looking for a Technical Co-Founder (Vertical AI / Care Tech)

I’m currently building an AI startup focused on vertical-specific agentic workflows, starting in the care tech space. Long term, I’d like to expand into areas like legal tech and ERP systems.

My background is in Physics and Financial Mathematics, so I’m technical enough to understand systems, modelling, and product direction, but not enough to solo-build production-grade software at startup speed. Right now, I’m developing an MVP using Claude and rapidly fleshing out the product capabilities and workflows.

Honestly, I’m especially proud of the Best Practices score because it usually reflects discipline in architecture decisions, frontend implementation, and long-term thinking.
