Technical Co-Founder Wanted for Proven AgTech Platform
We aren't looking for another dev or contract engineer, we are ready to scale big and are looking for an equal partner to grow with us.
We are more than an pitch deck and a dream, we promise!
We are a platform connecting farmers globally to share their combine settings to reduce their harvest losses. We have already built a V1 (and aren't insulted if you want to burn it down and start again) and have survived the "will anyone actually pay for this?" phase (the answer was yes).
We have also won many accelerators, have an early valuation, and are currently running 2 international corporate pilots all with a proven product and a mix of paying customers and beta testers around the world.
Now, we need to get to the next techncial level but honestly have no idea how. We have the business, agriculture, sales, financial, and the marketing expertise but we need leadership in the technical gap.
We are looking for a partner who wants a seat at the table and meaningful equity, not just a salary. You’ll be responsible for the technical vision, the architecture, and the team and will be an equal part of the ownership team while we reduce food waste and help farmers around the world leverage data to improve their bottom line. We are offering equity in the business and dont require full time hours currently but anticipate all founders moving to ft in the next 2 years.
