Looking for a Technical Co-Founder (Vertical AI / Care Tech)
I’m currently building an AI startup focused on vertical-specific agentic workflows, starting in the care tech space. Long term, I’d like to expand into areas like legal tech and ERP systems.
My background is in Physics and Financial Mathematics, so I’m technical enough to understand systems, modelling, and product direction, but not enough to solo-build production-grade software at startup speed. Right now, I’m developing an MVP using Claude and rapidly fleshing out the product capabilities and workflows.
What interests me most is building practical AI systems that solve operational problems in industries that are traditionally overlooked. Care tech may not sound exciting on the surface, but I genuinely think there’s a huge opportunity to improve efficiency and reduce friction in the sector.

- Likely looking at a CEO/founding split structure around 55/45 with standard vesting
- Interested in someone who enjoys building quickly and iterating
- Ideally, someone interested in long-term vertical AI opportunities, not just short-term AI wrappers
