I know this has happened to one woman and she competed in a boot and ended up getting her pro card but I’m looking for some extra reassurance. Nothing is broken thank god but it’s really painful I’m not able to put full pressure on my foot yet so no cardio and no legs (minus leg ext and ham curl and abductions) for at least a week: I was doing stairs 40 min 6 days a week already told coach I think even when it gets better I may have to switch to bike for cardio. Anyone else have this happen and can let me know healing timeline? I’m also worried about putting this bad boy in the heel!
What is up with these tops. We have bottom coverage requirements. Why wear a top that’s clearly way too small. This is beyond it just slipping or being an accident.

Hey guys! I’m an aspiring Figure competitor, not in a rush to step on stage because I know I have a lot of growing left to do. Just finished my mini-cut and about to enter my next growth phase-thinking 1.5-2 years of dedicated growing? I’ve also been working on my posing with the posing coach and it’s getting better. I have been training for 13 years: CrossFit, competitive Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting and for the last 2 years I’ve been training like a bodybuilder more or less. My major focus areas will definitely be quads, delts and back. Would love to hear any words of advice if you have any. Thank you 😌
After watching the NY pro, it seems they are going bigger than what was originally awarded. I’m surprised with the results; and now reconsidering if I should stick with the OCB. I’m wondering if anyone else has switched from ocb and been successful in NPC fit model ?
I’m 5’4 around 108 right now. My show is in Dec. just curious what other fit models were at in theirs and how they felt! Bikini girls welcome to chime in too :)
I have been following bikini for some time and it seems every year the women get bigger and bigger compared to previous years. No hate at all and they all look amazing and gorgeous! I’m just curious if the female athletes (Laurlie, Ashley, ect.) are starting to use PEDs or has their training and diet shifted or both?
I’m 12 weeks out from my first OCB competition but I’ve taken THC sleep gummies and smoked occasionally throughout my prep. Enough that it would not be out of my system completely between now and then. Should I be concerned that I won’t be able to compete?

Hi! I’ve never posted my progress photos here, but I’m getting so excited to get back on stage this coming weekend! I’m competing in bikini. I’m 5’ 0” tall and was 111.4 lbs this morning. I do wish my tie ins would show a little more, but I’m doing a few more shows after this coming weekend and think they’ll dial in more over the coming weeks. Any feedback on posing or package?
I’ve been following this athlete for a while and she has said she’s been training for years and competed naturally in her last show. Don’t know if she’s still natural now. It honestly looks like she may have lost quite a bit of muscle after her competition on the left, then regained it over the next 6 months while gaining around 4kg and stay pretty tight.
For people who have trained for years, does this seem realistically achievable without any PEDs in that timeframe?
i am about 10 weeks from my next comp, I compete in bikini, I took a long off season to really put on muscle but as I am leaning out, I’m realizing I don’t have as much muscle as I hoped. I know I still have about 2 months, but part of me is scared to loose muscle from this prep then have to rebuild.

Just a thought I like to talk about, but I love Lauralie being so active on YouTube. I love her and Damien’s workout videos together and seeing them bond through the time. Their videos are also so informative! They’re my fav things to watch rn (:
I bought a Fit Model suit and I added some rhinestones but my posing coach said this wasn't allowed. I really want to wear this suit as I spent probably 40 hours creating this. What are my options? Can I wear this suit in the bikini division?
Currently 10 weeks out and I’m starting to get horrible insomnia. I’ve been taking melatonin and magnesium citrate this entire prep, and I really don’t want to take anything that’s going to cause drowsiness in the morning with fasted cardio, but at this rate I’m desperate.
I lift around 7pm and take preworkout because I’m exhausted after work.

2 weeks out ☺️ I know I need to straighten my right foot out and weight bear through that foot more but does anyone have any tips on how to make my right tie in pop a little more? Thanks in advance!!
