Samsung fooling customers!

Never buying a Samsung refrigerator again after this!!
Bought a Samsung side-by-side fridge in 2020 thinking a “reputed” brand would at least provide reliability for more than a few years. Turns out the fridge barely survived properly till last summer before becoming a nonstop headache.
Last October it stopped cooling completely. Samsung customer care sent engineers who said the gas had leaked and refilled it. Fine.
Then the SAME issue happened again.
And again. And AGAIN!!!!
Three separate gas refills, ₹7,000-₹8,000 wasted, countless calls, repeated service visits, spoiled food, and days without a working refrigerator. This time the fridge remained unusable for weeks because we didn’t even have any energy to go for it again.
Now during the FOURTH visit, the engineers suddenly “discover” that the refrigerator has INTERNAL PIPE LEAKAGE and according to Samsung policy it cannot even be repaired.
So after wasting months of our time and money on temporary gas refills, Samsung’s final solution is to offer around ₹10,000 after depreciation cuts for a side-by-side refrigerator that originally cost many times more.
How exactly is INTERNAL leakage the customer’s fault? Did we magically open sealed internal pipes inside the fridge and damage them ourselves?
And if the actual issue was internal leakage from the start, why were Samsung engineers blindly refilling gas three times instead of properly diagnosing the root cause? Either the technicians were incompetent or Samsung knowingly kept delaying the inevitable while we kept paying.
This is not “wear and tear”. This is either a manufacturing defect or terrible product quality.
What’s even more insulting is the compensation amount. ₹10k for a premium side-by-side fridge? Even local kabadi wala would offer more.
Samsung happily sells expensive appliances with premium branding, but when a major internal failure happens just a few years later, suddenly everything becomes “policy” and “depreciation”. Pathetic service. Pathetic quality control. Pathetic customer handling. Anyone else dealing with Samsung refrigerators failing like this?

Samsung Bespoke Fridge Gemini Update

Anyone get the update for the Samsung Bespoke Fridges that adds Google Gemini for food recognition? I have the four door flex version, but haven’t gotten the update yet. It was only announced on Monday, so I’m sure it’s still rolling out. But curious if anyone had received it yet.

S 26 Ultra

My dad wants the S26 Ultra for its pen and he’s considering switching to something more practical. He’s still undecided between the S26 and the 17 Pro Max so I’d like to know the differences and what users think of each phone. He already has a 15 Pro Max and an Apple Watch but he’s not bothered about losing features. I need help helping him choose between the two. He doesn’t really focus on cameras and videos but he mostly use it for works.

TV Glitching

Just came back from a week trip and turned on my TV to find this. It worked perfectly fine the day before I left. No one was home to mess with it, there’s been no earthquakes in the area, etc, so I’m at a loss. Tried updating it and that didn’t do anything. We’ve had this maybe a year so there’s no way it should be acting this way. If anyone has any idea on how to fix this, I would very much appreciate it!

I’m posting this out of frustration after dealing with an ongoing issue on my Samsung Galaxy S23+, and to see if anyone else has experienced something similar.

My phone is not recognized by any PC via USB-C. It doesn’t show up for file transfer or in any other mode. At the same time, it charges normally and correctly detects USB drives and even other phones, so the port is clearly not “dead” in the usual sense.

I’ve spent a lot of time trying to isolate the problem and rule out every obvious cause. I tested multiple USB-C cables, different PCs, and different USB ports, with no success. Following Samsung’s own recommendations, I even had the entire USB-C port replaced, paying for the repair myself, and nothing changed. The issue remained exactly the same.

I then performed a full factory reset. That alone turned into another inconvenience, because I couldn’t back up my data using a PC with ****, since the phone is not detected at all. I had to go out of my way and buy a USB flash drive just to back up my data and proceed with the reset. Again, after all that effort, absolutely no improvement.

What’s even more frustrating is the way Samsung support has handled this. Every response feels like a copy-paste of basic troubleshooting steps I’ve already done multiple times. There is no real technical analysis, no escalation, no accountability. On top of that, their responses have become slower and slower over time, making the whole experience feel even more dismissive and unprofessional.

An authorized service center told me the only remaining option would be replacing the motherboard, but they also clearly said it’s rarely the cause of this kind of issue and they cannot guarantee it would fix anything. In other words, I’m expected to spend even more money with a high chance of getting nothing in return.

So at this point I’m left with a premium device that cannot perform a basic function like connecting to a PC, after already spending money on a useless repair and extra tools just to work around the problem. The lack of a clear diagnosis and the way Samsung keeps handling this situation makes it hard to take their support seriously.

Has anyone experienced something similar with the S23+ or other Galaxy devices? Could this be firmware-related or some kind of low-level driver issue on the phone itself? Are there any advanced fixes that are not part of the usual generic support script?

Any insight would be appreciated.

Need help with Apple EarPods wired on Samsung F15.

My brand new Apple EarPods work perfectly for music/media and even voice recordings, but during normal calls, WhatsApp calls, Instagram calls, etc., the audio does not properly work through the earphones.

Media audio works fine, mic also seems to work in voice messages, but call audio routing is broken.

I already tried:

\- force stop

\- clear cache

\- restarting

\- reconnecting

\- checking permissions

Still not fixed.

Is this a Samsung F15 compatibility issue with Apple EarPods or is my unit defective? Any fixes?

Hi everyone! I'm currently struggling with a persistent "Scanner Locked" error on my Samsung C460(CLX-3305W).

I've already replaced the FFC cable and re-lubricated the guide rails, but the symptom remains exactly the same. The scanner carriage moves just a little bit, the RGB lights turn on, and then it completely stops and locks up.

Could this little part inside the scanner that looks like a "Space Invader" (photo interrupter/home position sensor) be the main problem? I've been fighting with this issue for days now 😭.

Any advice or tips would be highly appreciated!
