Samsung F15 not routing call audio to Apple EarPods wired.

My Apple EarPods are brand new and:

- music/media works perfectly

- mic works in voice recorder

- earphones work fine on another phone

But on my Samsung F15:

- normal calls

- WhatsApp calls

- Instagram calls

do not route audio properly to the EarPods.

I already tried:

- clearing cache/data

- restarting

- diagnostics

- safe mode

- developer options fixes

- resetting app preferences

- toggling speaker

- USB audio routing settings

Nothing fixed it.

Looks like Samsung F15 detects EarPods only as media audio, not call audio.

Has anyone found a fix for this?

I recently ordered Apple EarPods (USB-C) from Zepto and had a really frustrating experience.

The product listing clearly mentioned Open Box Delivery, meaning I should be able to check the item before sharing the OTP. However, when the delivery partner arrived, he refused to open the package and asked me to provide the OTP first.

Since I wasn’t aware this could cause issues, I gave the OTP. After opening the box, I found that the earphones are defective (microphone issue, picking up excessive air noise and unusable for calls).

When I contacted Zepto support, they said:

“Since OTP is already shared, we cannot proceed with a refund or replacement.”

This doesn’t seem fair because:

Open Box Delivery was not actually followed

I was not allowed to inspect the product before OTP

The product I received is clearly defective

This feels like a violation of their own delivery policy.

Has anyone faced something similar with Zepto?

What’s the best way to escalate this — consumer complaint, social media, or legal route?

Any advice would really help
