TV Glitching

Just came back from a week trip and turned on my TV to find this. It worked perfectly fine the day before I left. No one was home to mess with it, there’s been no earthquakes in the area, etc, so I’m at a loss. Tried updating it and that didn’t do anything. We’ve had this maybe a year so there’s no way it should be acting this way. If anyone has any idea on how to fix this, I would very much appreciate it!

Update: after 3 hours and 4 different agents, they’re sending out a technician under warranty

I just upgraded from a 12 Mini to a 17e yesterday due to long standing issues. So far, I’m loving it, but there is a caveat. I can’t get Spotify onto the lock screen no matter what and I’ve tried looking up to no avail. I listen to music 80% of the time and having quick access to skip songs, repeat, etc is crucial for me. Four different times at the gym I picked up my phone, looked at my lock screen, and was filled with seething rage (slight exaggeration but not by much). It’s a big enough issue for me that if my 12 wasn’t toast I’d return this thing. So please, PLEASE, tell me there’s a way to put Spotify back besides the dumb widget that opens the app.

I’m looking for a cheaper alternative to a pest control company for my home in north Utah. We get box elder bugs, wasps, spiders, and these beetles I’ve never seen before. Pestie has come up a couple times and seems like a good option for me, but wanted some input. Or if there’s a method I could do myself I’m totally down for that too. Any advice is appreciated!
