Hi everyone! I'm currently struggling with a persistent "Scanner Locked" error on my Samsung C460(CLX-3305W).
I've already replaced the FFC cable and re-lubricated the guide rails, but the symptom remains exactly the same. The scanner carriage moves just a little bit, the RGB lights turn on, and then it completely stops and locks up.
Could this little part inside the scanner that looks like a "Space Invader" (photo interrupter/home position sensor) be the main problem? I've been fighting with this issue for days now 😭.
Any advice or tips would be highly appreciated!
