Help me make realistic homemade diet plz😔

23F , weigh 88 kg , want to reduce weight rapidly , with 10k steps everyday . I want to reduce atleast 10 kgs in 3 months.

I cant find good realistic diet plan on utube . Maybe anyone on cut ?, or diet can help me what they eat each and how to do this dieting stuff 😭

my forearms, shoulders are nice lekin my biceps are so phuss kha kha k thak jata hu lekin weight gain nhi ho rha i stopped working out cuz of some mental soorat-e-haal and studies and im gonna get back into the gym the pictures i attached were my peak imo iske baad shit went downhill
please lowcost wali diet pls i dont have money ghareeb hu
btw i walk a lot like genuinely a lot jaha p jaana hota i js walk daily ka around min 5k on a lazy day and when im really energetic i walk like 20km (hike p gaya th so it was elevation asw and then i walked down from trail 5 to the start of the sarak neche isb mein)

97 to 85 in 3 month

Started with diet reduced carbs almost 70%, 100g protein daily.

Three days lifting(Push Leg Pull) not much of progressive Overloading.

Shitload of Cardio especially zone 2 running.

Yawr koi Hal batao

So Im 18M and been doing push-ups for the last 3 yrs, but I can't seem to do more than 30, like I'm stuck on the 20-30 range for 1.5 yrs, what should I do??? I even increased my pull ups in the mean time. Am I doing smthn wrong or what, I try to do push ups daily at least 50 times (I'm not that consistent so I miss some days and whennn I have exams and shit than I miss consecutive days)

im 22 F and i have pcos basically i don’t know how to stop my self for craving EVERY DAMN FAST FOOD and DIET COKE and if you have any yummy alternatives please do lemme know also im unable to do gym cz the timings for female are in morning and im not at all free how should i loose my weight or even maintain it i want to tone my body , its a bit zada for me but it doesnt look like i have zada weight

High Protein Brownie.

High Protein Brownie Bake

Ingredients
200g Banana
1 egg
100ml extra light skim milk
20g cocoa powder
30g Protein powder
30g Chocolate / choc chips

Method
Mix everything in one bowl, pour into dish and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 mins depending on the consistency you like and then let rest

Macros (whole bake)
603 calories
41g protein

Per serve (makes 2)
