Whats the most easy high protien & carb meal to make before gym? Do you guys use 1/4 tbsp salt 🧂 before workout for extra pump?

I eat about 80-90gs of protien a day. Somedays its more. I just bought creatine and i was thinking of whey isolate which i used to use. Should i get any extra supplements to be bugger but lean?

I have been following a ppl split for far too ling i do add variations to it but if some one has a crazy PPL split that really takes a lot of effort and would be challenging, pls hmu. My current split has supersets, some drop sets, working sets etc.

I am open to any other split that any of you have really found effective. Ill try that for a month.
