im 22 F and i have pcos basically i don’t know how to stop my self for craving EVERY DAMN FAST FOOD and DIET COKE and if you have any yummy alternatives please do lemme know also im unable to do gym cz the timings for female are in morning and im not at all free how should i loose my weight or even maintain it i want to tone my body , its a bit zada for me but it doesnt look like i have zada weight
