Are beyond fried I wanna shove my face with Oreo so bad , I'm on a diet high protein high fiber diet , I still wanna eat it so bad , artificial sweeteners taste like soap chemical.. I swear health alternative never works for me , even if the sweet food taste horrible it's like my brain crave it more I wish sugar were treated similar to as a supplement meds for blood sugar or electrolytes (in short used as medications only), instead of lacing all that sugar to healthy food ,like ..all the snacks I wanna eat it so bad always have 10-20 grams of sugar it's shocking at the same time sad, I mean there's a low sugar alternative but it's bullshit it's like selling cigs light , it's still unhealthy, seeing people bragging about "oHHh I quit sugar for 20 years !!! It's so easy I'm healthy blah blah "

Self harm is insanely addictive like I struggle to stay clean I been struggling self harm since 12 and I'm not able to get a therapy at all because how much it cost and my mental health is ruin

I told my brother everyone treats me like shit because of my looks and he always say the same thing to me "oh just change your personality, everyone will like you if you smile more !!"" I heard this stupid bullshit many many times I'm so fucking sick ,I told him attractive people get away with a shit personality, I swear oh my god I'm so angry

Okay sooo... Ik this doesn't fit this sub but I have this problems , my family HATES hygiene like seriously when I wanna clean this dirty couch they told me not to because it'll cause mold (I use those water suction vacuum+ adding antiseptic Dettol and let it dry out the sun) and they say just buy a new couch instead , man I just wanna clean ??? They get mad when I wanna clean the ac ??? Seriously some parents desperately WANTS their kids to clean while my are against it , it's so weird ??? My parents making excuses not to bring the blanket to the laundry because they are "busy"(my dad sits all day scrolling TikTok !!!!!) and my dad do nothing about the ceiling have literal mold and rotting old wood at the backyard, this is depressing , and my dad have fishtank filled with moss no fish at all, and he is tooo lazy to remove all the fishtank that doesn't even have fish in it
