Brique préparée par ma soeur avec une banane, du Nesquik, du lait et 50g de farine.

C'est pas parce que t'ajoute des amandes que ça améliore le truc

A year or so ago, I made out with that girl, Z, while we were completely piss drunk. Recently, me and her were talking about that night, bc honestly, it was for both of us the drunkest we've ever been, and probably the drunkest we'll ever be, especially for me because I was completely out of it and not really willing to reiterate the experience. Z told me she did enjoy the kissing at time T and set no boundaries, but kind of regretted it after. I profusely apologized for that, but now it's nagging at the back of my mind that I could have assaulted her. I don't know what to do. I do think it's probably mostly ocd but I am still afraid I could've hurt her.

Two years or so ago I fell from the second floor to the first, hitting my head violently against a wooden beam in the process. It completely fucked my spine, as the hit to the head did a kind of whip motion throughout my spine, the shock wave messing with everything, from my neck to my tailbone. Some days it's find, most days it's hard (not unlivable but hard) and some days I just can barely, or not at all stay up or do anything other than laying down. I have noticed I have random moments of extreme exhaustion, like I have to lay down right now for several minutes type of exhaustion, and then I can start doing stuff again, but with my energy levels cut in half. This isn't a stamina issue, I used to be a half marathon runner and still run when my body accepts it, and honestly I am not sure if it predates my injury or not. Could this be related or am I grasping at straws ?

My hands and ankles are my most hypermobile joints, and I have milder hypermobility in the knees and jaw. Talking more about my jaw since it's the problem here. I can painlessly snap it "out of place" and then back in, but recently, even tho that causes fatigue, and it doesn't (always) make a clicking noise (that depends on how I open it), so I didn't worry about it. However, recently, I found out (accidentally) that it can snap out of place to the left, which is pretty painful for a while, and gets worse if I try to move my jaw. Could this mean my jaw randomly got hypermobile in that direction, or did I just not do that movement for a whole 17 years ? Now it does it accidentally a few times a day

My hips are already about as small as they can be, there's basically only skin and bones there. And they still stick out. Same for my legs. Must precise, I'm not underweight and I don't have an ED, that's just the build for my sport ( running). Physically cry about it often. Can T save me ? What workout plans helped you ? Do you have any before t/after t silhouette change pictures ?
