Took this screenshot a long time ago, and I am ashamed to admit that I had taken the announcement seriously at the time (along with everyone else, including the mods.)
I shared the image with some people in another server, they asked for an invite, and I proceeded to get very upset after I realized that they were joining to troll. I was (justifiably) made fun of after that.
The original announcement seems to be gone now, but I can confirm that it was absolutely 100% not satire. The server was generally that sort of "flavor." Still is, to some degree, which almost makes me want to send the emoji just to see if they bring up the now-deleted rule.
