I work for a big health/pharma, they recently announced that they will stop providing immigration support all together, is anyone else in the same boat? Do companies want to stop sponsoring all together? Not even H1B transfer and applying of PERM later on?

All my life i have been blessed with time to learn something and not rush into anything, that sort of made me develop this sense of avoidance as it cones with delayed urgency.
It looks hard or uncomfortable so i will avoid it till I’m knee deep and someone needs to come and rescue me, that works till hight school but I’m 29 years old and still do the same.
Since there is no immediate consequence I keep avoiding till late. It feels like im getting away with it till one fine day I suddenly get tired exposed.
How do I get out of this loop?

Hey all,
Planning to apply for a senior software engineer role, just wanted to see if optum is good with sponsorship for employees?
Any resume tips or how to get a call back is really appreciated.
I have 4 years of work experience from a big pharma and bachelors and masters in CS

Does the company provide sponsorship for international folks, already in US in work visa need the company to keep extending.
Looking for a role in tech: mostly fullstack, backend or forward deployed engineers.
Any tips, inputs are appreciated

Pretty much what the title says, will this land me a job with 4 years work experience as a systems engineer?

If not will adding some extra projects or something be helpful?

Not sure if i should commit ti learning and paying for the certification.
