I live near SF but my first time running some trails near SF. Will definitely be coming back. Golden Gate national recreation area, rodeo beach to Muir beach trail with some trail exploring to some cliffs.

I like to do 1-2 min sets with a 2-5 movement sequence for conditioning and concentration. Swing and squat variation with this sequence to get posterior and anterior chains working. Adjustable KB with 24kg loaded.

Climbed strawberry peak via mountaineer’s route starting at Colby’s canyon in Angeles national forest 2 weeks ago. I almost always run on the downhill after climbing. Way more fun and quicker to get back to the car. Insanely beautiful and well maintained trail. Excellent trail run down as you get amazing views of the San Gabriels the whole time.

Sorry, reupload to meet the community guidelines.

I’ve been practicing yoga at least 1x a week for the past year. I am naturally flexible in my hamstrings and quickly progressed in straight leg flexibility. My standing head to knee isn’t perfect as I think my standing leg can be a little straighter and sturdier, but granted I was practicing on sand this day.

Hi everyone, I’ve posted here before under a different username, but I am back now with a dedicated account just for my workouts.

Squats with double 32kg with a high rear rack position. It always feels like I’m in the hole longer than it actually shows in the video.

I look forward to posting more of my workouts with kettlebells and calisthenics.
