Can I wash my period underwear with biological detergent?

I’m new to using period underwear and I bought some wuka period pants. I’m wondering if I can wash them with biological detergent? Or will it be okay if I hand wash them? Maybe with some washing up liquid/dishwasher detergent?

Gel recommendations for 2a/b hair?

I’m new to my wavy hair journey as I realised my hair is not straight and frizzy, but wavy instead. I think my hair is 2a low porosity and maybe medium density hair. I started using the innersense I create hold mousse which I like but I doesn’t quite hold my waves. I think I need a gel to help but I don’t know which one. I’ve been researching and gotten conflicting reviews on products. I was thinking of the giovanni la natural styling gel or the curlsmith hydro style flexi jelly or the innersense I create hold styling gel or the umberto giannini curl jelly gel.

How to explain to gap in employment?

Hi, when I got diagnosed with anorexia, I took time off work to come home and get better. It’s about 2 years later now and I want to get back to the job I was doing when I got sick and am qualified in. The healthcare professional regulator is wanting me to provide an explanation from 2024 to now. I don’t want to go into detail but I also don’t want to be too vague. Can anyone help me?

I first had breast tenderness around age 22 and it lasted for months and then I got diagnosed with a fibroadenoma.
Then, I had it again November 2024, which I think was linked to my hormones kicking up again (I’m in anorexia recovery and that month is when I got my period back after a year without it!!). my doctor recommended evening primrose oil and that helped tremendously.
Anyway, it has returned again sometime in late March and I thought it was because of my period so I didn’t do anything. However, it didn’t go away. It’s not all the time, it comes and goes. The tenderness is in both boobs and I don’t really notice it when I’m distracted which is why I’m wondering if it is linked to stress?

I want to get a better shampoo for my scalp health and the one I’m looking at has Comfrey leaf extract in it. From my research, I see that ingested it can cause liver damage and might be a carcinogen. Is it safe to use in shampoo?

Hi, I've always thought my hair was straight but very frizzy since I was a teenager (I'm now 27). I've recently realised that my hair might actually be wavy and I believe I have 2A, low porosity, medium-dense hair. I currently don't do much with my hair, I use the herbal essences coconut hydrate shampoo and conditioner. After I wash, I put it up in a turban for about 15 minutes and leave it to air dry after that. I don't tend to brush it because it just gets frizzy. Any recommendations from those with similar hair to mine would be greatly appreciated! I sometimes sleep with my hair in a ponytail. Some of my waves can fall out in a day but some stay for longer until I wash it again every 2-3 days or so.

Also, I have gotten balayage since 2021 and I'm wondering if it could be damaging my waves? I'm in love with my blonde hair but I want to embrace my waves.

I’ve been wanting to do reformer Pilates to get me back into doing exercise and to have more of a life. I’m sorta weight restored and my nurse has told me I can do some exercise. However, I’m scared to exercise and to do a Pilates class.

I have an amazing boyfriend, but aside from him and my family, I have no one. I have a few people I keep in contact with but no one I see regularly. My closest friend hasn’t messaged me in a month and I’ve not seen them since November. My boyfriend is finding it really difficult and wants me to meet people. He feels like I rely on him for companionship and he doesn’t want that. Sometimes, I’m happy being on my own and I didn’t think I was relying on him for that. My therapist mentioned that I should have things to do for when we’re not together so he doesn’t think I’m sad without him. I’m scared that he’ll break up with me over this.

I’ve been using AI, I go between ChatGPT and Gemini, for my health anxieties. ChatGPT knows I’ve got health anxiety and it’ll point out when my brain is going from worry to worry. I find that Gemini reassures me. I know using AI is bad and I know that using it for health concerns isn’t great either and can lead to AI psychosis. I’m wondering how can I stop the use of AI for HA? Or at least to limit how often I use it for my anxiety?
