Does this new light bump on my nail look concerning or dangerous?

Idk if I'm asking this in the right sub...

I noticed this light bump on my middle finger. When I touch it, I can feel a bulge, it doesn't hurt, but I think it feels different when I press this nail as opposed to others. I don't have that on any other nails. I do have a lot of indents in my thumbs tho, but I think thats probably from picking on my cuticles.

Is this a light bump a sign of something dangerous? I'm scared it might be a sign of something else going on with my body, or that it's dangerous in and of itself, like cancer or something :(

Does this look suspicious?

Site refuses to cancel free trial, how do I protect my card?

(This might be the wrong subreddit to ask this in lol)

I used a free trial on The Institute of Art and Idea site (https://iai.tv/) and wanted to cancel it before it renews and charges me. I've written emails to their support team, but I've received no answer, and that's the only way to cancel the subscription.

I've now read online that many people have had issues with this site. Apparently the support team doesn't reply and the site keeps charging them.

I don't want to have to get a new card, but I will if that's necessary. I thought of lowering the maximum amount for a payment or disabling that sort of online payment for my card so, at the time it renews, it can't charge me. But I'm scared it's gonna keep attempting to charge me, and when I turn it back up then it will take my money.

Realistically, what can I do to protect myself from this site charging me? Will contacting my bank (mBank) work for this or not, since I've yet to have any transactions done relating to that site (since it was a free trial)?

Wrist/thumb overuse injury not improving with rest

20F, 165 cm / 5’5”, 50 kg / 110 lbs, white, no diagnoses, not on any regular medication

Over a month ago I gave myself an overuse injury from using my phone. At first, only my right wrist and thumb hurt when using my phone. So I limited my phone use to a minimum and used my left hand for doing things.

Then my left wrist and thumb started hurting too. It’s very mild pain, but it’s constant and uncomfortable. Now I feel it with pretty much any movement, on both wrists.

Since then I’ve been trying to rest them as much as possible, worn wrist braces, used gels/creams, tried things like red light therapy and a magnetic mat, and taken ibuprofen.

I have to go back to normal life - cooking, cleaning, using my laptop for school, etc. Everything requires using my hands. When I try to do things more normally, my wrists hurt more and more.

I don’t understand what I’m supposed to do. It feels claustrophobic and scary

Am I supposed to be doing specific exercises or something? How do you actually recover from this when you can’t realistically stop using your hands in daily life?

Any advice would really help, pain any time I use my hands feels so debilitating and claustrophobic.
