Why can't I find a good shipping partner ?

I ship my parcels via a company that got integrated with xpressbees , delhivery etc . BUT recently 5 parcels got picked up by delhivery and two came back just 3 days later and when I asked the delivery guy what happened he said ". Idk I'm just a delivery guy " , the company I'm using isn't responding . The reason I quit India post is because well 2 times my parcel came back coz the guys in the hub got confused & thought the from address is the to address. And yeah it got sent back the next day - again no reason lost 80/- for each parcel . And I marked the addresses perfectly not my mistake at all .

Help me out is xpressbees any better ?

Took me 13 hrs to make it

It tooke me 13 hrs to make it . I'm a diy-er so my family gave me this , it's used in telugu / Andhra weddings - they play a fun game using this . They put a ring in water & both of them try to find the ring . The one who finds it wins , I think they play it 3 times - like best of there

The design - there are like 4 beaded rings on the design

I'm very sorry that I'm using Pinterest images , but I once launched clay charms etc ( pizza slices etc..) but the response was 0 . And clay is expensive so I thought I'd ask before i risk with clay again , I'm experienced with clay and resin work

So the cams will be customised according to the customer (like color theme , button shapes , hole for the picture ) and I'm planning to price it at 280-300(I'm contemplating with the price do lmk what y'all think ) +shipping

I've seen a lot of cute kawaii blind bags on a lot of international stores but rarely in india . So I'm planning to do this , when ordering you just mention your fav show or character or sport player , anime , singer or anything at all and you'll receive a customised blind bag consisting of a mix of stuff like photo keychains , stickers , charms , etc etc they could be anything but they'll be worth the surprise..

Do you guys think this is a good idea ? Pls give me more pointers if I'm missing anything
