We expanded into a new category and got blindsided by competition we didn't know existed. So I built something to make sure that never happens again.

Do small business owners actually check their Google / JustDial / Facebook reviews regularly?

I run a small side project and I’ve been talking to a few salon and clinic owners in Bengaluru lately.

Most of them told me they barely check their reviews — not because they don’t care, but because it means opening Google Maps, then Facebook, then JustDial separately. Every single day.

I’m thinking of building a simple tool that pulls all three into one dashboard so they can see everything and reply from one place. Priced around ₹499–999/month.

Quick questions for anyone who owns or manages a local business:

  1. Is this actually a problem for you?

  2. Do you currently use anything to manage reviews?

  3. Would ₹499/month feel worth it for this?

Not selling anything — genuinely trying to understand if this is a real pain point before I build it. Honest feedback appreciated 🙏
