So basically when i’m just talking to myself for whatever reason, i can speak perfectly just like everyone else.. but as soon as i get around people my stutter is so bad. Even if i’ve know them for years and i’m clearly comfortable with them, i still stutter so much. It feels like a switch goes off in my brain as soon as i enter my house and i go back to speaking normally lol.

Anyone else dreading telling their parents that they no longer believe in christianity anymore? I’m only 17 and I was just thinking about this today while spending some time with my parents, siblings, and extended family. Sad part is that they’re ALL christian and i no longer believe anymore. Their entire lives revolve around this religion. Our relationship is pretty decent right now and i’ve just been thinking about how it’s probably all gonna change once i eventually tell them i’m atheist. I know that could be a really long time from now cuz i plan on hiding it for as long as possible (AT LEAST till im financially independent), but eventually it has to come to light right 🤔?
Anyone else feeling this way though?

One issue i’ve always had with christianity is how christian’s themselves don’t even agree with each other one a lot of parts of the bible. For example, lots of people believe that hell is eternal conscious suffering while a bunch of others believe that you get “annihilated” in hell and that’s where non-believers go to die and cease to exist. Same thing with the rapture, a lot of people think that it’s biblical and it is an event that will actually take place, while other christian’s don’t even believe in it. I could go on forever and ever about all the things mentioned in the bible that these people can’t seem to come to a collective conclusion on 😭. Tbh this is one of the main reasons why i’m so sure that the bible is man made and NOT the word of god. Also another example i could bring up is Noah’s ark. Lately i’ve been seeing people online criticize it, saying that a global flood never happened (true) and that it’s not scientifically possible (also true) and EVERY time i check the comments there’s the crowd of christian’s that believe it was a literal event that occurred and it’s meant to be a “miracle”, and then there’s the crowd that believes that it’s just an allegory. When christian’s can all come together and agree on ONE thing in that damn book then i’ll start to take their religion seriously 🤣

actually it seems like all they can agree on is that gay people deserve to go to hell or something like that
