Has anybody here successfully been able to disconnect fromm all of the bodies senses through conscious training?

We're starting from a point where nobody in our system can currently do this.

I often worry that all of the headmates we found/have are all one person but we are still plural we were just wrong about who the headmates we have are?? like i feel like thats probably impossible but also we keep having weirdly unaligned amnesia and random voices that arent really any of us and im just kinda confused-

And how is it like to be in co-front or co-con for different systems? e.g does being in co-con/co-front feel different to just being fully in front? And if u have an immersive headspace how does that interact with co-con/co-fronting folks?

We don't really bond with people in general (we're on the aplatonic spectrum), but we want to try to bond with each other, in any way shape or form, just because I think it'll really help us as a system. We already talk to each other quite often, but what otehr activities do you guys recommend to bond better?

In source i was allistic, but this body is autistic. It’s just very strange getting used to not being able to eat and drink the same things as usual. its weird that i can have a similar personality to when i was in source and I feel like i act largely the same, yet i get a largely more dismissive response and mess up social cues more. Just stuff like that.

If anybody else here has this type of experience, feel free to share :]

edit: the title is suppised to say “does anybody else have a different neurotype *in* their current bodies?, lol

I've been in an overall really rough patch these last couple months. I've been feeling more tired and umotivated to do anything and unable to concentrate and stuff and it's been getting pretty bad.

But usually when I'm approaching burnout or even if i'm just autism tired i have these symptoms less bad and I also have the addition of worse-than-usual sensory issues and meltdowns. At the moment i'm having my usual amount of sensory issues and meltdowns, so that leads me to believe that something else is up.

But i just want other opinions on this since i'm aware what i would need to do to help myself would vary depending on whats going on.
