For as long as I can remember, I’ve always felt like an observer instead of a participant. It’s like there’s an invisible wall that prevents me from forming true and deep connections with others in platonic or romantic contexts. People seem to be interested in me and even drawn to me, but I guess I’ve never felt understood.
