Currently using Nioxin 3 shampoo and Fino hair mask, with Loreal clarifying shampoo 1x a week. Was using the vanicream conditioner for a while but I felt like it did nothing, so now I’m using the Fino hair mask as a conditioner.

Also have been using the It’s a 10 Keratin leave in conditioner, but it doesn’t seem to make any difference either.

Could my hair have too much protein in it? Or does it need more?

Mainly looking for conditioner and leave in product recs!

I can’t figure out what these black dots under my nose are! Can anyone help me identify them and recommend a product?

Some of them look like there’s a hair coming out, but my hair follicles everywhere else don’t look that dark? Same with sebaceous filaments - color doesn’t really match those on my nose.

Could it be blackheads?? I have very dry skin and have only ever had a handful of pimples in my life, so not much experience with clogged pores/closed commodones!

ISO these earrings in gold-plated titanium and 11mm.
