Today I learned that my 13 year old does not know how to sweep or even hold a broom. I’m pretty sure I looked at him as if he were stupid. I thought he was joking.

I see all these cars getting charged. All the people look annoyed. I don’t have a car. I work at a grocery store and take the bus. I’m sure people at the pump are annoyed too either the prices being so high.

It’s more that I do t like how much he thinks about her. And I know talking about it won’t change that part. It’s almost like he’s openly telling me he’s obsessed either way her.

Do I keep dating him? I love dogs. My last one passed away a year ago and am ready to adopt another dog. He and I have been dating for 5 months and it’s been going great. But I realized I was ignoring the fact that whenever I saw a dog and would get happy, he had NO reaction! Should I break up with him?

He is incredibly handsome, and I am incredibly barely above average, so I am used to women staring at him. But I do realize that men look at him too, and it’s been bothering me more and more because the men at the gym that we see at the same time every day don’t look away. It makes me very uncomfortable. He is completely oblivious so talking to him about it doesn’t make much sense. when I try, he just doesn’t see what I’m talking about.

I used to get Seventeen, YM, and then when I got older, Vogue, Better Homes & Gardens, Cosmopolitan. I had them on my coffee table and on my nightstand, even in the bathroom. I miss having them available at the salon and at dr and dentist offices. I miss them.

There’s a really pretty girl that always goes to the gym the same time as I do. My wife does the fitness class while I lift weights. This woman is so pretty to me. I am captivated by her modesty and kind gestures to other people in the gym. I will never speak to her in conversation. I know that’ll never going to be ok with wife or me.
I think about her sometimes. Am I the only one that’s like this?

My daughter’s ride bailed on her after work, so her coworker gave her a lift. They’ve been work friends for a year. My kiddo said a bunch of fast food wrappers were in her car and just general trash mixed in with random possessions- think notebooks, headphones- things a kid in college would have. My daughter now secretly sees her differently, although of course still kind. She’s obviously made a judgement on her.

I bought a snake from TJ Maxx that works good enough to unclog my kids’ double sinks. Lately one of them has not been draining hardly at all, however. It is so slow. The snake, I usually use is coiling and bunching. Aside from a little bit of hair and toothpaste gunk, I haven’t been able to get anything out. Should I buy liquid plumber? I’ve never had to use anything like that before.
