They're constructing my dismissal

And everything because I "dared" to speak up about a male employee who was harassing me and yelling at me.

What do I do now? I don't mind changing jobs, this company is rotten and they fire people every year like if they were trash, plus they're smearing my reputation inside of the company and scapegoating me 😂

But what to do meanwhile? 🤔 It's not a career, it's just some random reception that pays the minimum wage. But deep inside I'm afraid because it's been four days already and nobody has called me back and I've been applying to jobs like crazy.

What if they're smearing my reputation outside of the company? The owner is a rich, resentful, vindictive old man. He hates every single person that dares to do upsetting things like... Asking to change locations, even if it's for legit reasons. Stay too many years in the company. Not be controlled. Be young. Change jobs and not stay here forever like a slave. Complain about the salary. Complain about his favourite workers: slaves working from 6 to 9 on working visas, etc.

Rotten company, they probably believe I know too much so I'm just waiting until the end of the month (pay day) to quit.

What to do meanwhile? Four days and I haven't been called back by any single company 🤔

Hi, everyone, I'm currently in Rijeka, I need to buy new shoes for the summer, pants, some shirts idk... Any recommendations? Nothing too expensive I'm on a budget, I messed up by only bringing winter clothes with me.

I made the horrible mistake of reporting a male coworker who acted hostile against me (locking me in a room outside of security cameras, yelling at me, insults) and now the whole company is mobbing me in imaginary self defense because now they're terrified of me, like, god forbid a woman keeps herself safe from a dangerous man? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Anyways I'm applying to other jobs, it's just seasonal jobs in the tourist industry. How to justify that I'm quitting an office white collar job and seeking employment as a waitress or barista now? 🤔 At this point of the season in Europe they're the only options available, the salary is the same if not higher as a waitress or barista thanks to the tips, yes, office workers are severely underpaid. And I don't mind the money from the extra tips 🤭

What can I say in interviews?

I'm a very introverted person, I keep work and personal life separately and I constantly have to deal with people at work asking invasive personal questions or bothering me all day because they just want my attention. How to deal with this?

What kind of small talk do you make at work to keep these people quiet? 🤔 It's super uncomfortable especially with coworkers who you know are chronic backstabbers fishing for information.

Well, shit has hit the fan where I work. No employees, understaffed, overworked, but all bosses who are in direct contact with the owner seem to be having a collective psychotic break.

Paranoia, isolation of new workers, rumours of "spies" and smear campaigns, conspirations, people being guilty until proven otherwise, common misunderstandings become huge issues, a single word or gesture turns into an enemy, "everyone is listening", people trying to check on other's phones... 🫩

Sorry but I'm tired, now they've targeted me as their "enemy" so I'm crazy applying to other jobs, they've lost their minds and there's nothing I can do about it.

Female coworker is a creep and nobody wants to work with her. She's arrogant, constantly fights, constantly makes up shit amongst coworkers that are not there, accuses people of attacking her, acts like a victim, acts stupid, gives guests the wrong information, touches me inappropriately (my hands, my wrists, what the fuck it disgusts me) but I've seen her touch other people inappropriately like the creep she is so I don't take it personal, she tries to spy on coworkers to hear what they're talking about, she's tried to see people's phones, etc 🤢 nobody wants her and everyone is about to quit because of this creep and the owner of the company doesn't want to fire her, they baby her. FFS I'm this close to quitting this bs, bruh.

After working alone with a mf sociopath (not exaggerating, she literally steals credit, throws people under the bus, snitches to the owner of the company, has made one of the bosses almost quit, has aggression spurs directed at the nothingness, doesn't blink, stalks and has empty black eyes) and after losing my mental health because they won't fire her I offered my bosses' supervisor to do something super hard and humiliating my bosses have been fighting against the whole month just to get away from this crazy bitch and now they're massively pissed at me. I just want to be away from this psycho, okay? I was desperate, on the other hand I've been complaining about working with the psycho for a while I'm not anyone's cushion from a mentally ill woman nobody wants to work with.

Now I sense danger from everyone, the supervisor, the bosses for going against their wishes and the psycho. Maybe I should just get another job already.

The new worker is from hell, probably. She has clear mental issues, whoever dares to set a boundary with her (don't touch my hand, don't use my computer, don't touch my personal phone, don't eat my food, etc) is the devil.

She's documenting all day everything everyone does, snitching like crazy, and making it sound worse than it is, she words assertiveness as: "when she attacked me, when he was aggressive towards me...", it's nuts. She already snitched someone to the owner of the company who literally dismissed her because of a (deserved) scolding, and apparently in previous workplaces they gave her the "Psycho" nickname, she's already openly fixated on me and they won't do anything about it.

Well, my boss is a coward and she's putting me in all shifts with her while knowing I don't feel safe being with her alone because nobody wants to work with her 🙄 and nobody means nobody, like, really, nobody. H.R. is a coward, the owner of the company is a coward, everyone here is a coward who doesn't dare to fire her.

I'm sorry but I'm not a shield and this woman is a timing bomb, I want to request a transfer towards a worse position that nobody wants just to stay away from her. Any advice to fight my case?

Thank you.

Well, that.

The owner of the company is super insecure because the working conditions are so bad most people refuse to work here, and he likes to pick on random targets and make employees mob them as a group until they quit, super messed up.

People are currently being nice to me in front of me while saying awful things on my back including ridiculing me to be part of the group and not be targeted next, and I have to put up with this 22 days more until payday.

Nah, I'm done, I'm applying from today because my mental health can't put up with this anymore. I deserve better.

And they haven't told me. Fortunately or unfortunately my replacement is super stubborn, doesn't respect me or anyone, is arrogant, doesn't listen, nobody likes them and they make lots of mistakes. They also constantly try to triangulate, create drama and throw under the bus the poor bastard who dares to try to train them, so I refuse to keep trying to train this person.

How to put a limit on me training them? I refuse this is too much bs, damned if I do damned if I don't 🤔
