Pump feeling amazing today 🔥🔥 Great way to get the day started.💪
11 months apart. A leg injury forced me to slow down and rethink my approach. Since cardio was limited, I focused hard on my diet, recovery, and consistency. Abs are definitely built in the kitchen 🔥.
I kept my daily calories around 2,100–2,300 while targeting roughly 190–200g of protein, 200–220g of carbs, and 60–70g of fat each day.
To stay consistent, I focused on high-volume, low-calorie foods and simple meals that helped keep me full for longer periods of time without overeating. Hydration and activity were also priorities, I aimed to drink at least a gallon of water daily, get a minimum of 12,000 steps per day, and train nearly most days in the gym.
One thing that helped me stay disciplined was planning everything ahead of time. Every morning while sitting in the sauna, I would log all of my meals into the YAZIO app for the day, and I made it a rule not to deviate from what I had already recorded.
Lots of questions lately about whether I’m natural or on TRT. I’ve mentioned this before, but I’m 30 and not looking to commit to a lifelong lifestyle decision just yet.
I’ve always wanted to get shredded, but for a long time I honestly didn’t think it was possible for me. Dialing in my diet, training, recovery, and overall movement made it happen. It wasn’t easy then, and it still isn’t easy now.
Whether someone is enhanced or not, getting jacked takes discipline, consistency, and sacrifice. We should appreciate hard work and build a gym community that motivates people instead of constantly questioning how they achieved their physique.
Enhanced or natural, results still require commitment. I see no reason to lie about my journey to get here.
12 years of lifting, learning, failing, growing, and staying natural through it all.
What helps you wind down at night when you constantly have a million things on your plate?
Started Adderall today and finally feel mentally “on”, Curious about others’ long-term experiences.
Took 20 mg of Adderall today and honestly feel like I’m on cloud nine. For the first time in a long while, my mind feels calm, focused, and free from constant stress or distractions. I was able to work efficiently without feeling mentally scattered all day.
As a dad juggling work, family, and everyday responsibilities, this sense of mental ease is something I haven’t felt in a while.
I’m curious to hear from others, especially dads or people balancing a busy life, what has your long-term experience with Adderall been like? Did it continue helping over time? Any positives, negatives, or things you wish you knew before starting?
Love a good push day… the pump makes all the work worth it.
First time cutting to the point where my ab veins are showing! Loving the vascularity. Just hoping I can keep it sustainable long term after all the effort it took to get here!
I’ve been trying to bring up my calves but they’re lagging pretty hard compared to the rest of my legs. My right side is especially behind due to injury. So I’m trying to focus on building both size and strength evenly.
For those of you who’ve successfully grown your calves, what made the biggest difference? Exercises, frequency, volume, tempo, etc.
Did you see better results with heavy weight, higher reps, or a mix of both? And are there any movements that worked better than standard calf raises?
Started a cut late 2025 and dropped from 202 → 185 lbs by around Feb/March 2026. The diet felt really sustainable at first I was eating ~2100–2300 calories/day, spacing meals well, and rarely felt hungry.
I’ve actually reached a physique I’m really happy with, which is great — but toward the end of the cut I started feeling pretty fatigued, workouts took a hit, and overall energy just hasn’t been the same.
Got my testosterone checked and it came back at 265 ng/dL, which seems low for a 30-year-old.
Now I’m trying to figure out how to maintain this physique in a sustainable way without negatively impacting my testosterone levels.
Appreciate any advice or experiences.
Started a cut late 2025 and dropped from 202 → 185 lbs by around Feb/March 2026. The diet honestly felt really sustainable at first I was eating ~2100–2300 calories/day, spacing meals out well, and never felt overly hungry.
But out of nowhere, I started feeling pretty fatigued, and what used to feel easy became a grind. Energy dropped, workouts suffered, and overall I just felt off.
Got my testosterone checked and it came back at 265 ng/dL, which seems low for my age (I’m 30). I feel like I should be way higher than that.
For those who’ve been through something similar:
- How did you continue cutting (or transition out of it) without tanking your testosterone?
- Did increasing calories or taking a diet break help?
- Any specific training, nutrition, or lifestyle changes that made a noticeable difference?
Goal is to get to a physique I’m happy with but not at the expense of feeling like garbage or crashing my hormones.
Appreciate any advice or experiences.
