the renters rights act was made for the benefit of big banks

I can totally get behind tenant rights and improved regulations which improve quality of life for those seeking to rent in the UK.

however, the vast majority of the public seem to be unaware that this legislation will shift ownership of property in the UK from small landlords to large companies (Lloyds Bank, blackrock etc.) over the coming years, which will ultimately lead to zero home ownership in the future if these companies get their way.

small landlords = selling

big banks = buying

The vast majority of athletes within Calisthenics have good muscular propensity but lack functionality and control.

Far too much tightness + imbalances in many muscular compartments - which then lead to poor alignment in many ranges of movement.

I’d recommend Iyengar yoga teacher to fix these problems… go to class for 6-8 months and it will change your movement patterns forever.

the other week, i was walking out of sainsburys, and this guy just came up to me and introduce himself. he was super friendly and seemed chill - we started talking about uni life and sports etc. and then we basically agreed to hang out at some point and exchanged social media + whatsapp

then a few weeks passed and he randomly just called me and we had 1 hour phone call where he gave his testimonial on christianity and jesus and how it changed his life and then he kept pushing me to go this church group whenever i had time

i finally went , and it was a weird vibe. i remember seeing this guy walking round guilt-tripping people into why they arent donating money to the church... he actually accused someone of not donating but it turned out that they had, which was ridiculously awkward to watch

So I was walking along the street during a trip around london, and saw this walkboard sign to get a free personality test from this random building and it turned out to be the scientology building in London!

I did the test and the results were interesting, but everyone seemed super nice and welcoming - and i am genuinely curious about dianetics - can i get some advice from this sub? is it actually a cult?
