Ever since I first saw [[Dovescape]], I've wanted to build a deck to absolutely abuse it. I've thought about it for years but could never find the right commander. I finally got around to looking at the TMNT cards the other day and landed on [[Leonardo, the Balance]] and [[Raphael, the Muscle]]. 5 color so I can tutor for Dovescape, azorius so I can buff Bird creatures, green to help ramp. Where I'm struggling is whether I should try and maximize Bird tokens, or just make an actual competent Tempest Hawk +1/+1 counter deck with Dovescape as a way to stall everyone else out once I have a decent board?

Or if there's a way to Scryfall it, that would be super appreciated as well.
