Reta, will it even help?

Does Reta actually help with fat loss, or does it just suppress appetite?

I’m already not that hungry as it is and I’m eating around 1500 calories a day across three meals. Would it even do anything for me, or is there no real point?

If I started taking it now — considering I lift 5–6x a week and do cardio — what would realistically happen? Would I just end up losing muscle?

I’m currently on tesa/ipa/mots-c/k-low as well.

Cutting Male 20, 6”2/170lbs

I’m currently in a cutting phase, about 6–8 weeks in after a bulk. I’ve gone from 90 kg (198 lbs) down to 77 kg (170 lbs). I’m a 20-year-old male, 188 cm (6’2).

These photos are taken while flexed. I was wondering if anyone could estimate my current body fat percentage and give advice on how to get leaner more shredded, ideally to the point where my abs are visible even when not flexing, with increased vascularity.

For context, I lift heavy 5-6 times per week, do 45 minutes of incline walking 4 times per week, average over 10,000 steps daily, and run a 5-6km once a week. My current intake is around 1,500 calories: 183g protein, 54g fat, and 82g carbs.

Any advice would be great. 🙏

Help a Newbie out pls🙏🙏🙏

Hi everyone, quick question, I just started peptides and wanted to get some opinions. My coach set me up with this and says to listen to him, but I see different advices online.

KLOW: 80 mg vial mixed with 3 mL BAC, taking 5 units daily (~1.33 mg) from 1ml syringe

MOTS-c: 10 mg vial mixed with 2 mL BAC, taking 10 units daily (500 mcg) from 1ml syringe, with a plan to double the dose after two weeks and then maintain it

Ipamorelin: 10 mg vial mixed with 2 mL BAC, taking 20 units daily (1 mg) from 1ml syringe

Tesamorelin: 10 mg vial mixed with 2 mL BAC, taking 20 units daily (1 mg) from 1ml syringe

I’m running all of these every day, 7 days a week. Does this sound like a solid setup to you guys, or would you adjust anything, I want it to work and not waste time and do dosing that’s just wasting money.
