Reta, will it even help?
Does Reta actually help with fat loss, or does it just suppress appetite?
I’m already not that hungry as it is and I’m eating around 1500 calories a day across three meals. Would it even do anything for me, or is there no real point?
If I started taking it now — considering I lift 5–6x a week and do cardio — what would realistically happen? Would I just end up losing muscle?
I’m currently on tesa/ipa/mots-c/k-low as well.
