Have you ever tried adding boiled groundnuts to fried rice?
I wish I could upload a sample but I ate all the evidence 😅😂.
I'll try and upload a pic in the comments when I make more later today but I was surprised when I added some chopped up groundnuts during the frying.
when eating i actually liked the random spots of texture
I guess 🤔 I could say it tasted like slighty firmer beans?
