How can I tell if this wood that’s been sitting in the back yard of the house we bought is cedar?

I’d like to re-use some of the better scraps and hopefully just burn the rest but i don’t wanna burn something pressure treated. It’s definitely had some termite damage in some pieces.

Front end cat converter crumbling inside while driving, replaced but now I have this crumbled catalyst and one in good shape still in the housing in the rear catalyst…

I’ve always heard this stuff has value but I have no idea what I can do to sell it, if it’s not worthless being crumbled like this…

Photos of new converter line and muffler pictured at the end, I have the receipt and everything for the new one I put in, I’ve heard some places want proof it wasn’t stolen if that counts as proof.

A shelf stand I built awhile go, rule of thumb is that if I can’t fit something new I’m not getting anything new. Gotta sell before I buy… or build another identical shelf.

LotR Gift Bundle is now up to $420 on TCG. Do we think the price will continue to rise over the coming years?

Why is the value so high now? Are there limited numbered cards that still haven’t been accounted for?

Could anyone that’s used the Tascam Model 12 and Mackie Onyx 12 comment on the difference in sound quality and build quality?

I’ve been going back and forth for 2 weeks now between whether I should look for a Mackie Onyx 12 or a Tascam Model 12…

I have read a few “reports” of people saying the Mackie is leaps and bounds above in overall quality but the Tascam has so much more in the way of options, most specifically interestingly to me; the multitracking to SD card, which the Mackie does not apparently have, along with the ability to multitrack back into the mixer with 12 tracks instead of just 4 for analog mixing of digitally recorded tracks.

I’m curious if the quality of the Tascam Model 12 is as rough as I’ve been reading, units seemingly broken out of the box or breaking within a few weeks, replacement boards also being broken, quality of sound being sacrificed greatly in place of features.

Has anyone here ever used both the Model 12 and the Onyx 12 and can comment on the greatest difference in quality they noticed?

Does the Mackie being fully analog noticeably affect the sound quality you end up with since it’s just digitally recorded into an SD or DAW anyway?
