So I was referred by a coworkers to apply to HIMS & HERS for their availability and work hours.

just had an interview/ screening with HR. It was said it was an interview online, but according to the person I talked to it was a screening not an interview.

This is an interview that the HR-person did not contact me at my first initial interview and all I could do is reschedule.

I put in my availability I cannot work nights but can work any other position, daytime or evening. So when she calls she tells me the hours of the position. Its Wednesday through Saturday 9 pm to 7 am.

I'm like woah. First off I should have had an interview two weeks ago. She says during that time all other positions were filled

Now I know hims and hers. They are like a revolving door always actiuvely hiring for tech positions. I didn't say this, but I mentioned online they are still hiring for day shift personnel.

She just stoically said "all positions are filled at this time" not responding that she was the exact recruiter who was supposed to reach out to me.

Then kept saying well keep your application on file and apply again if I am intersted. I said I thought that was disrespectful and she just says sorry, goodbye and hangs up abruptly.

What did I miss? What did I do wrong?

Its in important task of recruiters to keep their website up to date, so they do not interview for a closed position and piss off their recruiting pool (pharmacists and techs talk)....so I was right to point out that the position I applied for would have been available if the recruiter hadn't missed our appointment. More importantly its also automated tasks to take down a job posting. As soon as you send out the invite to the new hire you tie it to the job req and it immediately takes down the posting. In the digital age it is absolutely up to date.

I honestly thought it would be plenty pertinent to consumers what kind of company they are working with and how they treat their employees??? Am I wrong, does no one want to know this about the company they work for? You can choose a lot of mail order pharmacies even with insurance.

But shes easily forgotten cause she has so little screentime, so little to her story besides not like other girls energy. She worked as an interesting plot device. Her personality was played up as the nice girl who has learned how to fend for herself, very southern and southern hospitality. It would've been nice to see her more frequently with a gun fending for herself or her own, getting up in arms about people disrespecting her peculiar values. Something to make her feel more than just an angry wayward who happens to live and grow up around that area. She feels just generally nice girl energy. She is a little plain. She just needed more time to do something on the screen

HR companies tie job requisitions ID and whenever they offer the position, its makred as filled and automatically taken down. So it is up to date. Especially for a corporation, they are going to have that capability.

She just stoically said "all positions are filled at this time" not responding that she was the exact recruiter who was supposed to reach out to me.

▲ 2 r/Tarots

Tarot completely correspond with numerology. Specifically chaldean.

1-21 are obvious.

1-3 are grouped together, they are the "individual"

4-6 are grouped together, they are the individual entering into the "community" which is a collection of individuals

7-9 are the individual again, but this time an individual infleunced by the community, considered a "wise individual"

Anything with a 1 is about a person who is on the wheel of fortune. What goes up must come down. This is similar to a person who works a schlep job, and isn't looking for money but just to get by and survive. Everyone has to specal in other peoples mind'. This person didn't, so no matter what fortune comes their way its always met with misfortune later

2 is an individual unlike one, they are thoguhtful. They critisize the number 1 person. They are still an individual though, so they do not do so much as critisize and intutively think on a matter. They do not like other followers. They are very individualistic.

3- Similarlly indvidiaulistic but this is a version of 1 & 2 that is wise. Someone who learned from 1 and 2 and learns about superioty, wisdom, honors theres a world sepereate even from the community, so they are worldly wise but an individual not connected to a cause or community.

4- this is an individual who joined a community. This is also similar to no 1 but this time by being a part of a community, they may be greedy without "good work". This is someone who works harder not smarter so they are commonly left out of reward despite efforts. This person is a type of person to get very easily made fun of, and have crimes committed against them as they join a community but do not "better themselves" being a part of the community.

5- This is an individual in the community who betters themselves. Similar to no 2 but as they are a part of things, making things better, they get technical. Learn a trade that gives back to their community. This is a dilenator number. The first five numbers (with 0) are "lower being" numbers. 5-9 are higher being numbers. 5 has the power to make, break or advance anyone expericing similar traits of 0-4. They are shitty, but they also make things better.

6- This is an individual in the communtiuty who better themselves but gives back because they see it wise as to give to those in their community. Very giving, can lead auspicious lives that crash as the community leaves them.

7- This is an individual impacted by their communtiy. Changed by it and always wanting to be the hero. The hero is sometimes seen as the villian. This is regarded as the worst or best person you know, as they are similar to 1 and 4 but are actually wise.

8- This is an individual impacted by their community. So much so they want to be a hero, but in order to do so they start a business, a service, work with others to make something bigger than the lone hero. These are some of the biggest pieces of shit by the end of their lives.

9- This is an individual impacted by their community. Realizing 0-8 no one is completely wise, but have good ideas. So they adopt all the same ideas as 0-8 but the main difference is their work is humanitarian work. They give to everyone. Not just with their community, but strangers. The problem with this person is in order to give, they have to work with the order surrounding them. Meaning they have to work with 0-8 who they think are bad persons sometimes.

10 is the wheel of fortune

11 is Justice

So on....

in Chaldean numerology these numebrs are taken on their own (1 and 2) as well as what they add up to (3). So 12 is the hanged man. THey are an individual. The contain both sides of 1 and 2 inwardly but outwardly appear like #3 type of person. They have two sides they are always trying to reocncile with to create an individual with better ideas for the world. BUt like the hanged man they are subject to others whims.

another exmample. 15. One is a person who goes up and down, very individualistic, 5 is someone a part of something who can either contribute well or be a really bad person but they are bad to do good things. So they are considered the devil. a person with a natural wild side that others honor as "necessary".

So example of a reading. Lets say I ask for relationship advice, if I should ask someone out on a date.

Then I get four of swords upright, Justice upright, the tower reversed.

Well thats a three card spready with what I will call immediate post, now, and immediate future as the assigned placements.

OK four of swords kind of indicates a peaceful time. The four indicates you are a part of a community, relationship, friendship, etc. with another person. Swords are actions. Someone with 4 of swords doesn't act all the time, but rests a lot after working harder not smarter. basically indicating a time of waiting in the immediate past. Then the upright justice card indicates a lot of action. The one and one indicate someone like that. The two indicates someone thoguhtful, critical thinker, and uprigth means a decision is made positively. Then the tower reversed indicates something fell from being build up. The relationship. It would be a matter of your own doing.

How does this look in reality? Youre thinking of asking the person out, you are a 4. At rest, thinking of the relationship you are a part of in the immediate past. You make a decision thats positive like asking out, but you tower because the person rejects you. Sometimes this literally happens, sometimes it about the energy you ponder. Indiciating the person isn't likely to return the favor.

Does this make sense with how I am reading it? My friend is trying to teach me and this is how I see it

Best of the best of vocalists out there.

Now today I would add Adele, Ariana Grande, Beyonce, Christian Aguleria & Lady Gaga as top popular artists with technical presciion with their vocal work. Soaring ranges. IDK Joe Crocker and Meatloaf deserve a shout out lol but seriously. Who else is a song bird, beautiful soaring vocals I am forgetting? Steve Perry is the only male I can think of whose voice was beyond impressive, just highly technical and sings like no other.

The reason you'll see things that are too good to be true, scams, etc. are people are targeting specific individuals or groups to mess with. Like pulling pranks but with more grave repercusions, more grevious evil of actions to mess with peoples housing, money, finances. Generally they're messing with the vulnerable, someone they have the power to mess with. I know in this sub I have people comment under most posts without reading it that "its not a moral dilemma" and even going so far as to make up facts that I "kill small animals for sport" because I spout that people should be able to pout.

and to the scammers, they treat this like the most dangerous game where they can taunt and hunt down the people they don't like who "aren't working hard enough but searching for reward". The reward is affordable housing, the reward they seek is the ability to afford essentials and use credit in order to acquire capital which is almost impossible to do when you have to work with a savings that constantly dwindles and isn't replenished.

How is this not a moral dilemma? There are people with power hurting others and people with only a little power joining in on the beatings, setting up scams, setting up fake listings so people waste their day down the rabbit hole. Then go around trying to ruin the reputation of the person not scamming so they can't have a voice others listen to when they cry out who the real scammer, criminals are. This is a really sad, grievous evil of this world. A huge moral dilemma to consider.

We all get tired of fighting one anther. We fight people for what we want, we judge people for not being enough and push those people and because of all this struggle we get tired of each other. We generally ignore those beneath us, or do not worry about someone below us trying to ight us unless they have the power to potentially cause damage to you. So we ignore people who are lower and even middle class. But those are the class of people generally with the least, needing others the most in their life. We really are not able to be totally respectful to one another, with the knowledge certain people can advance make and break you and its especially true for lower class / poverty stricken classes. But they are the ones who all they have left after little wealth is people. Why can't we be good and respectful and kind depsite judgements against one another? Why do we have to deal with people who fight others for greed, wanting what others have...or for actual violence against others. Why can't morality, respecting other living beings be baked into our modus opeandi?
