Since I use Hims for TRT, ED, and Weight Loss, figured I’d try their advanced labs feature. Posting the ones that are out of whack - would love to hear what others have done to improve these numbers.
For DHEA-s, I’m using Pansterone (pregnelone & DHEA from IdeaLabs)
My test came in at 411, which is about 80 points higher than it was 2 months ago. Doc wants to up the Enclomephine to 25mg instead of the 15mg I’m on right now.
Started an inflammation reduction version of the Mediterranean diet last week, and I started on Wegovy for weight loss today (currently 340lb, 6’4”, goal weight is high school weight of 220-240, but 200 would be even better!)

Hims apparently sets you up on an auto renewal subscription, which they don’t tell you until they charge you. I saw the charge and immediately went to cancel my subscription and request a refund as the app said it wouldn’t deliver until a month from now. I get a response saying they’d only refund me $1650 of the $1980 charged. I asked why, and they responded with that they’d already delivered part of the medication to me. So, I looked at my e-mail to see when the medication had shipped. They sent a shipping e-mail 6 hours after I cancelled my subscription. This company needs to be investigated. I’ve been reading a lot of horror stories on here. Do not use hims.

Responding extremely well and very quickly, hair line is coming back well and the bald spot is on its way out too. However I just learned why post fin syndrome is and it’s scared tf out of me. Especially impotence as having kids is important to me.

I have Hims' Enclomiphene 25 mg tablets, but want to lower to 12.5. Can I split tablets in half or even quarters to lower dose? Or does it have a coating that will change the effect of the med? Doc wants me to buy new bottle at 12.5 mg but don't want to waste bottle of 25mg.
