A few days ago, we began to research whether or not anime costumes could be shipped with same-day or expedited delivery since many cosplayers usually require costumes fast to wear at an event or last minute conventions.

Initially we thought the process of cosplay shipping would always take weeks. Nevertheless, as we did more research, we discovered that there are sellers who do provide the option of fast delivery and express shipping as available in stock.

With our observations, some anime costumes that are already in stock can be shipped out the same day, or within 24-72 hours, provided that it is of regular size, not of custom-made costumes. There are even listings with such categories as ready-to-ship or fast delivery to meet urgent orders.

We also realized that expedited shipping services can greatly minimize the delivery time and in some cases, the delivery of costumes can take a few days as long as they are processed fast and the destination is within a short distance.

The other thing we noticed as we ended up looking at listings on Alibaba was that most of the suppliers emphasize on quick shipping, in-stock cosplay outfits and express shipping to customers who needed them urgently.

We have also been informed that we can do same-day shipping or expedited shipping, though this largely hinges on the availability of stock, the time the seller takes to process the shipping and the shipping method we use.

we track blockers in standup. nobody tracks what we're blocking for other people. tried adding a "what am I blocking" section to my own standup notes. lasted two weeks before I stopped writing it.

started asking Invoko each morning what's sitting in my inbox waiting on me. it's not the same as a formal impediment register but it surfaces the stuff that would quietly hold someone else up. my team noticed the change before i told them i was doing anything differently.

I've been doing GTD for about four years. The daily review is supposed to take 10 minutes. Mine consistently took 25 and sometimes turned into a full reorganization session, reading the same lists, re-clarifying things I'd already clarified, kidding myself that this counted as processing.

tried shorter reviews, voice memos, just skipping it and hoping weekly was enough. nothing made it actually useful.

six weeks ago I started using Invoko instead. "Look at my messages, what should I focus on for the next two hours?" Reads Gmail, Slack, calendar, gives me a priority. Faster. More honest than my own assessment because I can't skip things I don't want to see.

I still do the weekly review manually. But the daily morning kickoff is better this way. Curious if anyone else has tried this.

I visited a clothing store to buy activewear leggings two days ago. I wanted something trendy and comfortable. I also wanted something suitable for workouts. But when I checked the leggings I felt disappointed. Some styles looked outdated. Some were too simple. Some did not feel flexible. I could not trust them. I could not decide confidently.

Then I visited another shop in the same area. Some leggings looked better but options were limited. Some were stylish but not comfortable. Some looked perfect at first but design felt old. I remembered leggings I saw before that looked nice but went out of trend quickly. That made me hesitate even more.

To check more variety and options while scrolling many online marketplaces including alibaba I found many leggings. Some looked modern and fresh. Some had better designs. Some showed good comfort and fitting. There were many options available. This made me excited but also confused again.

Now I am thinking should I trust online trends or go with local stores for better comfort? What would you do in my place?

I visited a bridal store to buy a cathedral length veil with blusher two days ago. I wanted something long and elegant. I also wanted something that includes a blusher style. But when I checked the veils I felt disappointed. Some were not long enough. Some had no blusher. Some did not look balanced. I could not trust them. I could not decide confidently. Then I visited another shop in the same area. Some veils looked better but options were limited. Some had length but no blusher. Some looked perfect at first but fabric was not good. I remembered a veil I saw before that looked long but was hard to manage. That made me hesitate even more. To check more variety and options while scrolling many online marketplaces including alibaba I found many bridal veils. Some had cathedral length. Some included blusher style. Some showed better fabric and design. There were many options available. This made me excited but also confused again. Now I am thinking should I trust online options for full styles or go with local stores for better fitting? What would you do in my place?

I’m posting this because I keep having the same conversation with business owners who think their SEO isn’t working when it’s just too early. The client in question is an HVAC company, up against competitors who've ranked since 2014, the rough timeline: Month 1 to 3: Cleaned up the GBP, fixed NAP across roughly 40 directories, and built service area pages for the suburbs they serve, started a review flow off their CRM. Here the rankings barely moved and also where owners start to panic. Months 4 to 6: Long tail started landing on page 1 "AC repair [suburb]". Money keywords still on page 3-4, organic calls up by 15%. Months 7 to 12: Compounding kicked in and map pack visibility on core terms went from 8% to around 40%. The organic calls roughly tripled, and review velocity (6-8 new ones a month) seemed to be the most important part. Month 14: Map pack on main terms most of the time and the organic part is now doing more volume than their Google Ads at a fraction of the cost. A few things to know if you are just starting, the boring fundamentals do most of the work. I use Whitespark for citation audits and BrightLocal for map pack tracking (position tracking alone can lie to you, you can be "ranked #2" and not show in the pack on most searches). The pivot urge can mess with you, around month 4 to 5 clients start to have thoughts about trying different stuff, don’t let them. Stagnant rankings often mean authority stacking that has yet to surface. Paid and organic are not substitutes, paid stops when you stop paying. Run paid to bridge months 1-9, then let organic take over as it starts maturing. DIY works, but only if you'll stick with it for a year or longer, and are disciplined doing your weekly GBP updates, monthly citation audits, and no panicking when clients start getting anxious. If you know you won't or can’t, hire someone. You have agencies like Foxvisits that do this, but honestly you should just commit to DIY and put the effort, however it will never work if you start and stop constantly.

So my cousin brought his “custom build” to the range this weekend, and I nearly choked on my coffee. He had a tiny Amazon red dot zip-tied on top of a 4–16x scope, both mounted on a [pcp air rifle] (https://pintydevices.com/) that probably costs more than my monthly car payment. It looked like a cursed Christmas tree… but somehow it kinda worked?

Now I can’t stop thinking about it. I’ve been considering getting a starter PCP and a decent scope, but I keep seeing these combo bundles and mystery-box type deals late at night, and I’m not sure if I’m approaching this the right way. Are these cheap scope + PCP packages actually usable, or is it all airsoft-level glass that loses zero if you even breathe on it?

For anyone who’s run budget PCPs with cheaper optics, what actually held up? Got any pics of your most cursed-but-functional setups? Also curious if anyone’s had a “this is jank but it works” moment with stacking red dots or lasers on top of scopes.

I visited a sports store to find eco friendly sports jumpsuits made from sustainable materials two days ago. I wanted something comfortable and better for the environment. I also wanted a jumpsuit that feels soft and good for workouts. But when I checked them I felt confused. Some looked eco friendly but material details were not clear. Some felt nice but quality seemed weak. I could not trust them. I could not decide confidently. Then I visited another shop in the same area. Some jumpsuits looked better but prices were very high. Some were affordable but sustainability claims were not explained well. Some seemed perfect at first but I was not sure how they hold up after washing and heavy workouts. I remembered I bought activewear before that lost shape quickly. That made me hesitate even more. To check more variety and options while scrolling many online marketplaces including alibaba I found many eco friendly sports jumpsuits made from sustainable materials. Some brands like Patagonia and Adidas use recycled polyester and organic fabrics. Nike also has “Move to Zero” collection with eco focused materials. Smaller brands offer bamboo based or recycled fabric jumpsuits at lower prices. There were many options available. This made me excited but also confused again. Now I am thinking should I choose big brands for trusted sustainability or smaller brands for better price and variety in eco friendly sports jumpsuits what would you do in my place

I visited a sports store two days ago to find fitness swimwear. I wanted something sustainable and strong. I also wanted eco friendly brands. But when I checked the swimwear I felt disappointed. Most were not eco-friendly. Some looked good but not sustainable. I could not trust them. I could not decide confidently.
Then I visited another shop in the same area. Some swimwear looked better but brand information was unclear. Some were affordable but not eco-friendly. Some seemed perfect at first but material felt questionable. I remembered I used swimwear before that was not sustainable. That made me hesitate even more.
To check more variety and options while scrolling many online marketplaces including alibaba I found many eco fitness swimwear options. Some used recycled materials and felt strong. Some were simple and low price. Some had better sustainability and comfort. There were many options available. This made me excited but also confused again.
it feels that I go out of mind when I have huge number of options. Now I am thinking should I trust eco brands online or local stores for real sustainability? What would you do in my place?

- Quick QC on these. Color looks good in hand and the materials feel fine. Shape looks solid overall and nothing stands out as off to me. Stitchingrarely looks clean and even and the midsole color looks right, not too yellow. Details around the cage and heel look fine as well. Just sharing in case it helps anyone.
