Anyone else experienced severe eyelash loss??

I’ve lost about 20 lbs in the past month and a half. The last week or so my lashes have been rapidly falling out to a point I have like maybe a quarter of what I had… is this normal?

After many months, I turned the National parks into pride flags!

This took a lot of ugly sketches and mock ups but I’m finally finished with my biggest craft project yet!

After months of planning and a lot of ugly sketches

I turned some of my favorite national parks into pride flags! What do yall think? I’ve only printed a few of each so far, and still need to do the Pan flag by June

I turned our national parks into pride flags!

This project took about 2 months from start to finish and a lot of ugly sketches trying to map out colors! I’m super proud of this collection!

These are hand drawn by me!

I turned my favorite national park into the lesbian flag but I’m worried it’s too orangey red at the top… thoughts?

I’m trying to decide what to do here…
For context I’m an assistant coach for a year around swim team in the triangle area making $12 an hour for coaching upwards of 45 athletes that are all 16 and under.

I myself was a year around swimmer and swam for 13 years, and was lucky enough to get to a fairly high level as a swimmer. Besides my own experience with swimming competitively I have the following:
5 years of swim coaching experience
8 years of youth coaching experience in other athletic programs.
4 years experience working with clients one on one in various fields.
And I’m about to have a personal trainer certification as well.

I love this job, and it’s truly amazing getting to help these young athletes carve out their own paths in this sport but I’ve hit a point that I don’t think I can keep doing this job because of pay. Boss is not an easy person to get a raise from either which doesn’t help.

So is this the normal??? Or am I in a not good situation for long term success? Or is it time to switch my job field and walk away from coaching?

Would love some feedback/baseline of other coaches pay. From what I can tell with a google search, it looks like even summer league coaches are getting paid more hourly but maybe that’s a norm due to the short time they’re needed.

Hash brown, cheddar, chili crisp and oil, chives, maple syrup and a little whipped cream. That is all, folks
