I’m not too active on social media but i need to make content now for work and idk anything about making reels 😭😭 I’ve realised that there are some templates on IG which I tried and it’s so nice, are there any other tools like that which I could use to make reels?!

The compliances mainly include:
\- AOC-4
\- MGT-7
\- ADT-1

The company records/accounts are not up to date, so the filings need to be completed continuously for the last 3 financial years.

My concern is regarding my DIN and DSC. If I leave the old company as it is and allow the ROC to strike it off automatically, will my DIN and DSC get deactivated or cause any issues in the future? I’m also receiving mixed opinions regarding strike-off requirements. Some CA professionals are saying I don’t need to complete all pending compliances before striking off the company, while others are saying all compliances must first be completed before the strike-off process can happen.
