So for context I went to an PHP/IOP for 8 weeks after my breakup, there all my therapists were like babe that’s emotional abuse. However there is some guilt on my end bc they didn’t see the full picture. The emotional outbursts and reactions when I was hurt, the anger that increased over time from me being exhausted of the same behaviors I told him were hurting me, the screaming, cursing, name calling, and spam calls and texts when he would ignore me after a fight(or during the middle of one). And the worst one threatening breaking up just bc otherwise he wouldnt even try to change behaviors negatively impacting me, it was like he had to have a consequence in order to care. Now from what I have been told they all said it was reactions to behaviors he displayed and that is described as reactive abuse but im not sure. I feel so fucking guilty. I question whether I made up all the abuse in my head and I have been the villian the whole time. Its been months and I just cant over feeling like the worst person ever, even though I know he was terrible to me and did indescribable hurt.

based on what my avoidant ex said is it giving rebound or moved on and wants nothing to do w me. i need some brutal honesty here. we broke up feb 4th and by march 18th he was on a date w a new girl, and he has been since consistently going back to our college town (we graduated last may) to see her what seems like every weekend. ik in the messages he says its a random girl but i know for a fact they went on a date march 18th, and hes been to 3 date functions w her. also to also mention feb 15th he sent me flowers, and then feb 21st- march 14th he was in south africa.

The last year or so has been my personal hell. Failure after failure, hurt after hurt. I just want to know if anything good is coming soon. I feel like my life has been ruled by hard times and for once i really just want things to work out in my favor, but if not i at least want to know/be prepared

I just applied for my MPH at ODU and the applications aren't due until June 1. So I assume it's rolling admissions but I am not sure and I am super anxious as to when I will hear back. Anyone know what the turn around timeline is?
