I am getting this gpu for ₹15k brand new from a local market with warranty.

Now there is a problem,

My psu is 6 years old: corsair cv450

Should I go for it because there is no other choice otherwise I have to go with gt710 4gb ddr3 for ₹4600(idk why am I even mentioning it)

My rx-550 gpu recently died and as I don't have integrated graphics, I rely on an external gpu but I am not really getting any that matches my specs such as gtx1650/1660 super or rx-6600. But I am getting an rx-580, so I have two questions:

1. Should I buy this card for ₹15k

2. Is this card really going to be worth it for my system?

I am looking for an old or new gtx 1660 super gpu.

Spent more than 2 hours going to around 10 shops but no luck. I am looking for rx6600

My budget is around ₹20k

My previous gpu was Rx -550 which is causing no display and I checked my system with another gpu that posted but my gpu didn't though I didn't check it on the other system.

I tried everything I could but PC is not posting. My PC specs are:
