My first Delhi - Gurgaon drive

I normally drive an automatic car but today I tried driving a manual after a pretty long time.

The longest I had ever driven by myself before this was around 50 minutes. Today, I drove a manual car for 90 minutes (43kms) and it was honestly frustrating.

My shoulders and right arm got tired pretty quickly and it was mentally exhausting too. I have never felt this way while driving an automatic car.

It genuinely made me wonder why people still choose manual cars. Even I enjoy driving a manual for gedhis because of feel of it. But for anything over 10 km, especially in West Delhi traffic? Sharp no!

I also noticed so many people driving rashly, constantly just a few inches away from accidents on the highway, like unnecessarily rash.

Honestly, irrespective of the car, I can’t imagine myself driving like this twice a day for office commute. Do people simply get accustomed to it over time?

I am 20, by the way, and I will be starting my first job next year.
