How do I upgrade that option?

its just a sound but shame that my model did not came with that sound option :(
I am using this as a second monitor...and I want to stand by or keep active even I turn it off.
currently when I turn off it shuts completely down from window, whatever program I was running on that screen moves to other monitor.
how do I prevent this?
I am using a multi windows and when I playing something back ground but just wanted to turn off to save power this ASUS vg32vqr just disaapears like unplugged.
for other monitor's is is not like that or have a 'stand by' option to but I could not find any of these option from this monitor set up.
anybody know how to solve this problem? keep the monitor power off but not disappears from my window?
my main monitor is plugged with DP and this asus monitor is plugged with HDMI.

I switched to a 5070ti and I see it uses a 12pin power cable and I don't have the 6pin adapters for 12pin. I got three 6pin+2pin cables and I got an original 12pin 600w cable from nzxt C1500. I believe it is atx 3.1.
been using for 2 days with 600w cable and looking alright but didn't do any heavy work or games yet.
is this new 3.1 atx 12pin 600w cable safe to use for 5070ti?
I got a 5070ti gpu and I can’t find any adapter.
Is it ok to plug 12v 600w cable directly?
I seen a youtube saying new 3.1atx is adjusting voltage so should be fine but just want to make sure. If I need can anyone recoment any adapter from amazon us?
