I have Asus tuf a 16 rtx 5060 Ryzen 7 260

And I living in hot country

And the temperature of the GPU on turbo mode are 69-70 fans speed are 4900

I tried to use costume fans raise the fan speed to 5700 and the temperature now are 60-64

So which choice are better in term lifespan make it life for loong time will increase the fan speed ruin the laptop or fans or not??

Just try Fn + C

I have a 2022 Asus TUF F15 (with a 3050) and this keyboard shortcut works for me.

While we are at it, remember that the Windows Logo + V opens up the clipboart history and that Ctrl + Shift + T reopens the last closed tab on browser (useful when you close that one tab that has been opened for hours while you do research). And remember to download G-Helper if you are having trouble with the laptop instead of that Armoury Crate thingy or whatever Asus is up to nowadays. Also, I've had problems with the Wi-Fi for years, remember you can just buy a USB Wi-Fi adapter for 10 dollars on Amazon and get the problem solved instantly and forever.

i was so happy with my f15 for a long time but now its just an issue after an issue... ive had this laptop for like 4 years now? maybe 3,5. some keyboard keys dont work, bluetooth keeps disappearing and ts is so hot that i could fry an egg on it! but i guess its got a light up keyboard 😭😭

do you have any advice to keep it working longer? im broke as shit rn and cant afford anything new.

Why does my FA401KH TUF A14's keyboard not pulse during sleep mode even if keyboard backlight during sleep is enabled in G-Helper?

I also tried a fresh install of Windows with Armoury Crate. It seems that the pulsing animation during sleep only works when the Asus Optimization service is disabled.

In this screenshot I got Microsoft Edge opened but that's only that. I did a BIOS update and suddenly the laptop has become like this all the time. What do I even do?

My ASUS TUF FX506HX makes a buzzing sound when it is charging and then it disconnects after sometime. Also the charger has bubbles on its back.

I troubleshooted via the asus app and it said that my battery has no issues.

So, I just got an ASUS TUF F16. Its amazing! Except it was sold with a problem - after opening an app and using it for a while, clicking doesnt work anymore. As in like I can still click in the app i was using, but cant click outside of it (cant open a new app, close a tab if its in edge, etc.)

I got best buy agents to help w/ remote control over the phone but they concluded it was for SURE a hardware issue after a while.

I exchanged it for a new laptop of the same type - same problem!

So maybe its my mouse? But my mouse is fairly new, did not do this on my old laptop, and unplugging my mouse does not fix the clicking problem.

(Also potentially good to mention that clicking go back on a microsoft edge tab opens a new tab instead, meaning the laptop might think control is being help down. Clicking shift, ctrl, alt or whatever on the keyboard does not fix it, only restarting fixes the issue)

Recently on my asus tuf f16 fx607vu i wanted to make a change from armoury crate where the computer uses only the nvidia gpu for evrything and bypasses the igpu. It was running smooth until i installed valorant and their anticheat required that i enable secure boot on my laptop but when i did enable the option “secure boot control” from the security tab from the bios menu and clicked to add the pk keys a problem arrised. The keyboard lit up and the fans started spinning upon restart but the display wouldnt turn on. ( my guess is that the setting which bypasses the igpu messed something up) and i tried different methods to reset it and such but nothing worked. Then i thought to open the back panel and disconnect the battery in hopes that it would restore the bios settings to default but it was not a success my only remaining option is to give it back for repair but im scared that because i opened the back panel the will void my warranty even though i made sure there was no damage to the motherboard or anything. The only thing that is different now is that there was a black kind of like sheet that was stuck to the SSD and RAM with double sided tape that i removed and isnt on the laptop anymore (i only removed it because the tape got fucked up and didnt stick to the SSD) if it helps i bought it from Ozone.bg and there the warranty says that any repairs made by unauthorized people is subject to a warranty void. I appologise if any part of my question doesnt make sense and i apologise for bad english (im Bulgarian). Any tips and info will help.

Just bought Asus tuf A16 16gb ram//1tbssd RTX 4050-6gb on 23rd march...when I go to warrenty checker it says warrenty is going to end on 18/10/2026...the retailer said it is false warrenty and it'll update after 7 working days and it has been 11days and still the warrenty is same, called retailer, he again said I'll be done within a few days, It is supposed to be brand new then why does it already have a running warrenty even before I bought it..they got the stock on 19th march and i bought it on 23rd, even if it was a warrenty for them then why did it start on 18th october 2025...I still don't know if it's refurbished or now bcuz the battery report was perfect with no cycles when u checked there before buying. I even have uploaded to get the right warrenty on asus update warrenty website 2days ago but still it hasn't updated.
