hi !!
i notice when i do back exercises that have a hard time actually feeling it in the targeted areas on my back. i barely get sore and during the exercise i tend to feel it more in my triceps. am i doing something wrong/ any tips on how to feel it truly in my back ?
some of the exercises i do:
rear delt/reverse flies, lat pull downs, seated rows machine, back extensions (this is the only one i properly feel)
i also just want to add that i am a girl who is pretty active and has a normal healthy body, so im not a beginner in exercise. am i a full on gym and supplements bro ? no.. but i have been active and done sports my whole life.
