

4 months of lifting and still unable to grow arms
I have been extremely skinny AF growing up. Past 4 months I have been lifting, but don't see much imrpovements. Literally nothing. I'm consuming a lot of protein (80-100g) everyday and over eating a lot. I ended up having skinny fat and don't know how to reduce that now. When I sit I can clearly see a paunch, so not sure if I should be eating a lot of carbs again. Every muscle group in my body is so difficult to grow. Is it my bad genetics?
