I don’t think introverts hate people as much as people think. I think they just get drained really fast from fake energy.

Like some people can talk for hours and feel completely fine after.
Meanwhile other people need like 2 business days to recover from one loud hangout 😭

And it’s not even always social anxiety either.

Sometimes it’s just being around conversations that feel forced.
Having to keep a certain energy going.
Feeling like you gotta perform socially instead of just existing naturally.

I’ve noticed a lot of introverts are actually super observant too. They pick up on weird little shifts in tone, energy, vibes, all that stuff. So being around the wrong people gets exhausting FAST.

Been paying attention to patterns like this a lot lately. Humans honestly repeat the same emotional/social habits way more than they realize.

Made a free personality/snapshot test around this kinda stuff too. It gives a surprisingly personal breakdown of your habits/personality. Curious what people in here would get tbh.

I swear some people only become awkward once they realize they care how the interaction is going.

Like you can be talking completely normal at first.
Joking. Vibing. Everything flowing naturally.

Then randomly your brain goes
“wait am I talking too much?”
and it’s basically over after that 😭

Now you thinking about your voice, where to look, if your joke landed, if they secretly wanna leave the conversation lmao.

And weirdly I notice this happens more to people who actually WANT deeper connections. They start becoming too aware of themselves in real time.

Been noticing social patterns like this a lot lately. Humans really do repeat the same little habits without realizing it.

I think some lonely people stopped talking because being ignored started feeling embarrassing.

Like after a while you notice you’re always the one reaching out first.
Always the one trying to keep conversations alive.
Always the one sitting there wondering if people would even notice if you disappeared for a few days.

So eventually you just get quieter.

Not because you hate people.
Not because you wanna be alone all the time.
You just get tired of feeling easy to forget.

I’ve been noticing how differently loneliness shows up in people lately and it’s honestly kinda crazy. Some people become super funny. Some isolate. Some overthink every text they send. Some pretend they don’t care anymore.

Made a free test around this kinda stuff recently.
It gives you a really personal identity snapshot at the end. Curious what people in here would get honestly.

I built a personality test because I got tired of seeing the same surface-level personality systems over and over.

Most tests tell you traits.
This one tracks patterns.

The weird part is people keep telling me their results feel “too accurate” in ways they can’t fully explain at first.

You get:
• a free Identity Snapshot
• your core cognitive wiring
• how your mind naturally reacts to pressure, emotions, people, conflict, etc.

It’s free.
You just need an email to receive the full profile.

I’ve always been obsessed with behavior patterns and how differently people process things internally, especially under stress, relationships, motivation, social situations, overthinking, etc.

After months of working on it, I ended up building a framework/test called CAT-20 that focuses more on how your mind naturally moves and reacts rather than just surface personality traits.

A lot of people who’ve taken it said it has been weirdly accurate .

It’s only 20 questions (~4-5 minutes). Completely free — no paywall or anything. Only thing is you enter your email to receive your full profile. Main thing I’m curious about: does your result actually feel like you? If you try it, I’d genuinely like to hear what you get + if it lines up (or doesn’t).

you get a snapshot, your archetype, how people misunderstand you and more

Honestly curious what psychology students think about the approach behind it.

I made a test after obsessing over behavior patterns for months and some of the results people get are honestly creepy accurate lol.

You take the test and get a breakdown of:
• how your mind naturally works
• how you react under pressure
• relationship/social patterns
• the type of person you tend to become when stressed, comfortable, motivated, etc.

Try it if you want: cat20framework.com (Its free just need email to receive breakdown)

I’ve been working on something that maps how your mind actually processes things when something feels off.

Instead of personality traits, it gives you:

• an archetype (how your mind is wired)
• a short snapshot showing how you think in real situations

Takes about 2–3 minutes.

curious to see how consistent the patterns are across different people

Like you pause, check it, maybe go deeper into it… and it plays out almost the same way each time.

I’ve been trying to map that pattern instead of just labeling personality.

So I built a quick 20-question test around it to see if people actually recognize themselves in the results.

So far, most people who’ve taken it said it was weirdly accurate, which is why I’m trying to validate it at a larger scale.

You’ll get:

  • an archetype name
  • a short identity snapshot (how your mind works in real time)
  • and a deeper profile breakdown sent after

Takes about 4–5 minutes.

Curious if anyone else has noticed their own “thinking pattern” like that—or if the result actually lines up.

I’ve been building a personality framework that focuses more on how your mind actually processes things, not just traits or labels. It’s still early, but so far most people who’ve taken it said their result was weirdly accurate, which is why I’m trying to see how it holds up across more people. I noticed some people instantly lose interest when something starts feeling expected.

I built a quick 20-question test to map patterns like that.

Takes ~2 minutes:

Not personality. not mood. not overthinking.

Like an actual pattern.

Example:

Some people hear something and move on.
Some people hear something and can’t let it go until it makes sense.
Some people feel something shift and it just… stays there.

I’ve been building something around that idea.

It maps how your mind reacts in the moment, not just who you are overall.

Tried it with a few people and the results were weirdly specific.

Curious what you’d get:
