I’m tired of myself.
So I’ve been in the process of improving and developing myself for years. For this I mean going to Therapy, medicating my late diagnosided ADHD, doing yoga, meditating, eating healthy, exercising 5x week, prioritising myself and setting boundaries. (Despite it all, I recently found myself in panic attacks, with suicidal thoughts) But I do feel I miss that little something to unlock my “highest potential. Is there anything that made you change is a drastic way?
The change I feel I might need is more on a mindset/spiritual level, I do really feel if I could let go what no longer serves me, I could be way happier and fulfilled.
So what was something that speed up the evolution of your character?
Pls I’m done with “drink more water” or “get more sunlight” kind of advices. Tell me what has been a shocking trigger for you.
