Has anyone experienced this? Would please like some insight

Hello all, just a quick question . Has anyone experienced this? There was a woman I developed feelings for and we are friends. I thought it was mutual because of her actions towards me. But then when I confessed I liked her she I guess still wanted me around but then it seemed like my feelings for her grossed her out? Yet before it seemed like she was showing interest to me? I’m not sure of her sexuality, I never persude anything with her. But I was confused why it seemed like she was disgusted with me liking her, yet wanted my attention and energy.

Was I just being used for validation?

What can I do to clear up my skin?

Hello all, I’ve been trying to work on my skin more and would like some advice on how I can clear it up?

For some context, my face is usually normal to dry. My nose sometimes gets oily if it’s too dry.

This is my current routine
Morning:
Cerave daily facial cleanser
Topicals brightening and clearing serum
Black girl sunscreen for kids ( 50 spf)

Night:
Cerave daily facial cleanser
Coco kind oil to milk cleanser
Trentinoin 0.025%
Cerave moisturizing cream ( rich texture)

Then I use the ordinary glycolic acid solution 2 times a week for exfoliation.

I was prescribed a medicated benzoyl peroxide wash. I’ve noticed that my skin responds better to benzoyl peroxide better but I wasn’t sure how to incorporate it into my routine. As I was told not to use it with the trentinoin, so I wasn’t sure if I could use it in the mornings instead?

I’m not sure if the topicals is fading out my discoloration, I know it takes some time but I wasn’t sure if there was a better product to use for my skin?

I was also prescribe a sodium sulfate 8% and sulfur 4% wash and azelic acid 15 % cream because the I thought the benzyl wash and Trentinoin was drying out my face.
But I noticed the sulfur wash and azelic acid caused my skin to be red and irritated. And also cause more irregularities and breakouts. I never experienced this with the benzoyl peroxide and the Trentinoin. I told my derm and we switched back to the benzoyl peroxide wash and the Trentinoin. I’m just unsure if it’s okay to use both together. The pharmacist told me not to so I’m unsure if others have tried it and it’s okay? And just used a more rich moisturizer which has seems to help relive the drying.

Im also aware of the dpn moles. It’s not my main concern now. Really it’s just dealing with the other stuff.

How to build confidence in the middle of a glow up season?

Hello all, I’m 26F currently trying to make some changes. I’m Working on my teeth, hair skin and also my clothes too. But I’m currently in the middle of all of these changes and I feel worse due to my appearance sometimes. I kinda thought I would look more out together at my age, but it took years of trial and error to figure out what looked good on me.

How can I learn to gain confidence in this season? My confidence hasn’t been the best.

Hello All, I’ve notice on the circled tooth that the outline of my bracket is starting to experience some demineralization?

I brush twice a day, water floss. After meals. The past few weeks I slacked a bit on the water flossing right after meals due to stressful life circumstances and I was not taking care of myself like I should. I do use an interdental brush as well ( not as consistently as a few weeks ago because of life stuff). I am trying to do better now that some things have calmed down.

I do have a fluoride mouthwash and I try to also use regular floss a few times a week as I worerfloss my gums and between my teeth daily.

Is there anything I can do to help improve this?

I’m currently a few months into my braces to fix my teeth, as well as a year into my locs journey. Earlier this year my skin also started breaking out and I had issues with my brows. I’ve since met with my derm and tried to do some research on better products. And fixing my brows as well.

But I genuinely don’t look the best? Im 26 and sometimes I get down on not looking more put together and whatnot. But I’ve actively been trying to work on myself. For anyone in a similar situation. How do have confidence even in the middle of a glow up season?
