
Can’t reply to cib-info@amazon.com
I got an email after I got no response from Amazon customer support and folks not letting me even talk to a manager.
After multiple weeks of talking and emails, made a charge back. Have all the screenshots, emails and tracking receipts etc. that the device has been returned.
I tried to respond and attach the same to the email from the charge back team. But apparently I can’t reply to them and keep getting this error.
How am I supposed to respond ?
