So tired of Cracked

I don't mind playing against bots as long as the lobby is full, but damn they should come with all downloaded maps. I spend 90% of my time on Cracked.

Advice on finding (remote) work

UK-based

I got ill last year and became entirely housebound, but I'm now finally well enough to work remotely (shouldn't be a problem as a software engineer).

I've been unemployed for nearly a year due to the illness and I really don't know how to get back into work. The market is difficult for everyone, but I'm excluded from 90% of the roles because they require a few days a week in the office. Reasonable adjustments are a thing on paper, but I never know what to tell recruiters when they ask me if I'm OK with working from the office twice a week. I have a chronic condition so theoretically I could wait until I have an offer and then say it fluctuates and it just got significantly worse (which isn't even untrue, except I worsened a year ago)?

Being honest upfront is out of the question as I would get ghosted immediately, regardless of the Equality Act 2010. I'm mostly looking for tips to lie elegantly!

Connect letters to find words with Squaredly

Looking for a few people to test my new Android word puzzle game, Squaredly.

It’s a daily word search game where you connect letters to discover hidden words, with stats, previous games, and themes.

Would really appreciate any testers or feedback:

Games to just drive around

I'm looking for a game where I can drive through beautiful landscapes and cities without any pressure. Can also have a racing mode but I'm primarily looking for something to do while listening to podcasts etc. I have a PS5 and Switch.

I picked up DoS1 today after last playing 8(!) years ago. It took me 4 attempts to win my first battle and I promptly set the difficulty down explorer because I no longer have the patience to spend ages on a single battle. That being said Explorer is too easy - I wish there was an in-between, but I'll make do with what I have.

I'm only in my 30s but will probably need a knee replacement in my 40s (praying it lasts that long).

I'm not overweight, I don't do sports, I have a sedentary lifestyle - my only activity is walking and I'm way way below 10k steps each day. I'm scared of revision surgery and ending up in a wheelchair eventually. With low to moderate use, how long are knee replacements expected to last? I always hope I can push the initial one beyond 15 years.

Yesterday I posted https://www.reddit.com/r/dataisbeautiful/comments/1ssjmga/oc_european_languages/ and many of you complained that it was incomplete. So today I present you https://lb930.github.io/LanguagesViz/ ! Click or hover over a node for more details.

I have excluded Indo-Iranian languages because it would simply create too many branches, but if you're inclined to create a dendrogram for other language families you can find newick files on glottolog.org ! I used https://github.com/lb930/DendroViz to create the visualisation and https://glottolog.org/resource/languoid/id/indo1319 as source.
